We are delighted to welcome Education law expert, Dai Durbridge from Browne Jacobson who will navigate you through your legal duties for making the decision to exclude so you can be sure your actions are backed by a sound legal knowledge and cannot be overturned at appeal.

Mark Blois, Head of Education Law at Browne Jacobson will also provide you with specific legal advice on the contentious area of managing the exclusion of SEN and disabled students. Mark will highlight significant case law and advise how you should consider this when assessing evidence and making the decision to exclude.
